Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why, and how long we keep it. The business trading as Tzetlech Gehongen is the data controller; its registered details appear on your invoice.

What we collect

  • Booking details: your name, e-mail address, telephone number and, for businesses, your company name — so we can confirm, invoice and deliver your booking.
  • The artwork you upload, which we print and hang as instructed.
  • Payment records: the amount, date and method of each payment and, for card payments, the payment reference issued by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor.
  • For trade accounts: your login e-mail address and the details of your account, campaigns and statements.

Why we use it

To perform the contract you have asked for (booking, printing, hanging, invoicing and collecting payment), to meet our legal obligations (VAT and accounting records), and to contact you about your booking. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who else sees it

  • Stripe, to take card payments.
  • Our hosting and database provider (Supabase) and our e-mail delivery provider (Resend), who process data on our behalf.
  • Our accountant, for VAT and annual accounts.

How long we keep it

Invoices, receipts, credit notes and payment records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as HMRC requires. Artwork is kept for as long as needed to hang and, if required, re-hang the advert. Trade account details are kept while the account is active and for six years after its last invoice.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or — where we no longer need to keep it — ask us to delete it. Write to advert@boldads.co.uk or call 020 300 70 111. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
