Tzetlech Gehongen

These terms apply to every advert booked through this website or with the office. By placing a booking you agree to them. "We" and "us" means the business trading as Tzetlech Gehongen, whose registered details appear on your invoice.

1. Bookings and deadlines

An advert is booked for the hanging dates and coverage you select. Artwork must reach us by the deadline shown when you book (normally 10pm the night before hanging; Sunday hanging by Friday afternoon). Bookings received after the deadline are accepted only where the office confirms them, and may carry a late fee shown at the time of booking.

2. Artwork

You are responsible for the content of your advert and confirm that you have the right to use everything in it. We may decline, without liability, any artwork we consider unsuitable for display in a shul. Files must meet the size and page requirements shown on the upload form; where the page count we verify differs from the one declared, the price is adjusted to the verified count.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are as shown at the time of booking and include VAT where we are VAT registered; the VAT element is itemised on your invoice. One-off bookings are paid by card when booking, or by the payment link we send once the office has confirmed the booking. Trade accounts are invoiced per advert and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date; a statement of account is sent for each billing period. We may suspend further bookings on an account with overdue invoices.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a booking before it is sent to print; where you have paid, we refund in full to the original payment method. Once an advert has gone to print it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Where we are unable to hang an advert for reasons within our control we will re-book it or refund it.

5. Our service

We print and hang adverts across the shuls in the coverage area you select. We cannot guarantee that every copy remains in place for the whole period, that a particular shul will display it, or any outcome from the advert. Our liability for any booking is limited to the price paid for it.
